Falconio Case Adjourned

"The committal hearing of the man accused of murdering British backpacker Peter Falconio has once again been adjourned.

The Darwin Magistrates Court will resume tomorrow morning.

The committal proceedings were put on hold while Channel Nine appealed against the suppression of parts of the Crown's opening address.

Over the last two days the full bench of the Northern Territory Supreme Court has heard the appeal.

The three judges will hand down their decision tomorrow morning."
