May 28, 2004Losing It
Lose Somehting Every Day ""Lose something every day." Like many good poems, "One Art" lends itself to several interpretations, which is why I've thought and written about it more than once over the years. --it goes on to add-- The traveler learned something else, too. The things he had left behind, the possessions he had once counted as dire necessities, weren't really needed at all. He had been able to survive -- even thrive -- without them." (Not precisely travel, but a good read.) Comments
