SEATTLE - Vancouver Island on a cool fall day attracts hundreds of tourists. These days, the allure isn't so much a relaxing vacation. Travelers are piling aboard the Victoria Clipper for a shot; a flu vaccine they can't find here in the United States. Not only are the shots available in Canada, officials assure Americans they won't run out. A total of 2 million doses of vaccine are sitting in Canadian warehouses, waiting for FDA approval before they can be shipped to the United States.
