BARNSTABLE, Mass - A jury clears Cape Air of charges that it was negligent for taking passengers up on a stormy, resulting in a terrifying plane ride.

The ruling came in a lawsuit filed against the regional airline by Albert Gendreau, who said he developed post-traumatic stress disorder after the June 2000 flight.
