easyCruiseOne: Learn all the basics on cruising's newest still-at-the-shipyard vessels.
If you prefer hostels to hotels, exercise tight control over your finances and would rather see a new destination every day than chill out at sea, the first ship in the easyCruise fleet just might be for you.
The former luxury ship Renaissance 2, unimaginatively renamed easyCruiseOne, has been renovated to appeal to young, budget-conscious travelers willing to sacrifice some luxury in order to land some of the lowest rates around: Introductory rates start at just 59 British pounds, or about $113 US, per day, per cabin, for a high-season European cruise.
So what luxuries do you have to sacrifice? Just about all of them.
