MONTREAL (CP) - Discount airline Jetsgo declared formal bankruptcy Friday, setting the stage for the sale of the carrier's remaining assets, including 10 Fokker-100 aircraft.
Jetsgo, which stranded thousands of irate passengers when it abruptly ceased operations two months ago, failed to come up with a restructuring plan that satisfied creditors who are owed an estimated $108 million.
